Baughman positioned himself early in his career as a strategic advisor. By immersing himself into an organizations normal routine, he assists in recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, how they are responding to challenges they are presented with daily, and their potential. He then formulates a structure that creates organization and alignment with the companies goals, and helps them instill a new psychology and new behaviors.
