The President and the Senior Administration on behalf of SCU made a strong statement of commitment toward the advancement of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by contributing $10,000 to the Consortium for Oriental Medicine Research & Education, with the largest contribution from any educational institution. The Consortium was established to fund Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine research, to standardize TCM diagnosis codes by the World Health Organization and elevate the standards of TCM education. Once again SCU takes the exemplary role of supporting organizations that promote, secure and establish standard of excellence in the professions that we participate in.
