Parking Permits


Parking Permit Fees

  • Preferred Parking Lot 1 & 3 $30 (Parking Fee $20 + ASG Fee $10) 

  • Restricted Parking Lot 1 $20 

  • Charge to replace damage, lost, or stolen permit $20.

  • Fall 2025 student parking permit will be available for pick-up at the Business Office starting August 18, 2025.

  • All students should obtain a student parking permit by September 12, 2025 to avoid a parking citation.

  • The parking permit is valid from  September 2, 2025 - December 21, 2026.

  • Parking Lot 4 is strictly for Faculty and Staff.

Instructions

  • Log into the Student Portal

  • Select the Student Account tile

  • Then, select "Account Services" from the menu on the left

    • Select "Parking & Transportation".

    • Add a "1" next to City College Parking Permit (it is very important to select the correct campus)

    • Then select "Next".  Follow the instructions provided to submit your payment.


Purchase Permit at the Business Office

Students may purchase a Restricted or Preferred Parking Pass at the LACC Business Office during operating hours. Student may pay using cash, credit/debit card, money order, or cashier check.


Parking Permit Pick-Up

All parking passes are to be picked up at the Business Office Student Services Building 2nd Floor during operating hours.  Please bring your student ID, our staff will be able to verify your online payment for parking.
