Business Office

Welcome to the LACC Business Office.

The Business Office is in the Student Service Building on the second floor.

Our office offers the following services:

  • Collect credit class enrollment fee, tuition fee, health fee, ASG membership, student representation fee, parking fee, transcript fee, enrollment verification fee, and childcare fee.

  • Collect Financial Aid overpayments.

  • Assist with questions regarding student account balance, BankMobile disbursements, course refunds, and sponsor scholarships.

You can pay your fees online or in person at the Business Office. Click on the following link for further information: How to make a payment

Please note for  Winter 2023 Student Parking is FREE.  Students must only park in Lots 1, 2 and 3.  Lot 4 is strictly for Faculty and Staff.  For further information on Spring 2024 student parking click on the link Student Parking.

I you have paid your fees, but dropped or were dropped from some or all of your classes by the refund deadline, you will be eligible for a refund of the fees/tuition for the dropped class/es.  For further information please click on the link refund-policy.

A 1098-T form will be issued to eligible students who paid out of pocket “qualified educational expenses” in the preceding tax year. 

  • Qualified expenses include enrollment and tuition fees only.
  • Students who received a "BOG Fee Waiver" to cover enrollment fees will not qualify for a 1098-T.

Receiving a Registration Receipt

Please note, Business Office can no longer provide a Registration Receipt to students.

Students now have access to print Registration Receipt by printing out Class Schedule (using the Student Information System). 

A Registration Receipt is required for enrollment in many external programs such as the Gain program, Social Worker, Metro Tap card, Section 8, etc. Please provide a printout of your Class Schedule to the Admission & Records Office. They will verify your enrollment and provide you with an official registration stamp.
