Campus Safety and Security

Welcome to the Los Angeles City College Campus Safety webpage. YOUR safety is our highest priority. Los Angeles City College, through the Los Angeles Community College District, contracts with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department to provide security services for LACC. The LACC Sheriff’s Office has the authority to apprehend and arrest individuals involved in illegal activity on campus and areas immediately adjacent to the campus. Crimes occurring on campus are investigated by the LACC Sheriff’s Office. The LACC Sheriff’s personnel work with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, and have access to national crime databases.
