Dr. Yaw Oheneba-Sakyi, University of Ghana, Visits LACC

Dr. Yaw Oheneba-Sakyi, Head of the Teaching Excellence Unit in the Centre for Teaching and  Learning Innovation (CTLI) at the University of Ghana; Professor of Sociology, a Fulbright New  Century Scholar of Higher Education, and Dean of the School of Continuing and Distance   Education visited LACC on Monday, September 8. LACC President Dr. Amanuel Gebru and Mickey Hong, Director of LACC’s Korean Studies Program were part of the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office 10-member delegation to Ghana for the Pan-Africa Virtual College  (PAVC) initiative in March of this year; where they visited the University of Ghana and met Dr. Yaw.
